目的 探索改善住院精神分裂症患者稳定期服药不依从的有效措施.方法 将168例住院精神分裂症患者稳定期服药不依从者随机分为研究组和对照组各84例,研究组在针对服药不依从原因常规处理基础上进行为期8周的系统健康教育,对照组只针对服药不依从原因进行常规处理,8周后再连续4周密切观察两组的服药依从性.所有资料经χ2检验进行统计分析.结果 住院精神分裂症患者稳定期服药不依从的首要原因是不知道正确的治疗方法;系统健康教育结束后4周内两组间服药依从性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神分裂症患者病程早期两组间服药依从性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而晚期两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 系统健康教育能有效提高住院精神分裂症患者稳定期服药不依从的依从性.

목적 탐색개선주원정신분렬증환자은정기복약불의종적유효조시.방법 장168례주원정신분렬증환자은정기복약불의종자수궤분위연구조화대조조각84례,연구조재침대복약불의종원인상규처리기출상진행위기8주적계통건강교육,대조조지침대복약불의종원인진행상규처리,8주후재련속4주밀절관찰량조적복약의종성.소유자료경χ2검험진행통계분석.결과 주원정신분렬증환자은정기복약불의종적수요원인시불지도정학적치료방법;계통건강교육결속후4주내량조간복약의종성비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);정신분렬증환자병정조기량조간복약의종성비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);이만기량조간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 계통건강교육능유효제고주원정신분렬증환자은정기복약불의종적의종성.
Objective To explore the effective measures of improving the schizophrenia who take medication incompliantly at unstable phase.Methods To divide the 168 schizophrenia who take medication incompliantly at unstable phase into experimental group with 84 inpatients and sample group with 84 inpatients at random.For the experimental group,not only the normal dealing on reason of incompliant medication was given,but also systematic healthy education for 8 weeks was carried out;for the sample group only the normal dealing on reason of imcompliant medication was given.After the observation the medication compliance on two groups for 8 weeks and then a series of 4 weeks,all the data use X2 way to statistic and analyze.Results The renson for the schizophrenia who took medication incompliantly at unstable phase came from wrong the therapeutic methods,the medication compliance between two groups had evident difference after 4 weeks systematic healthy education(P<0.05),the medication compliance between two groups had evident difference at early ill stage (P<0.05);but there are no difference between two groups at late ill stage (P>0.05).Conclusion The systematic healthy education can effectively heighten medication compliance of schizophrenia at stable phase.
