Sophora japonica%microenvironment%potted-seedlings%transpiration and water consumption%affecting factors
利用二氧化碳变量法(Licor-6400便携式光合测定系统)和称重法等方法,对放置于硬路面、裸露土面及草坪上的国槐盆栽苗木的蒸腾耗水特性进行了研究.结果表明,不同下垫面地温、冠层空气相对湿度差异显著(P<0. 05),冠层空气温度差异不显著.国槐叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)差异显著(P<0. 05),硬路面Tr为草坪的1. 17-2. 10倍;净光合速率(Pn)差异不显著,硬路面国槐叶片Pn稍大于草坪.硬路面与草坪国槐单位叶面积日耗水量差异显著(P<0. 05).相关分析表明,不同下垫面的Tr与地温呈显著或极显著正相关,与冠层空气相对湿度呈显著或极显著负相关.

To prove the influence of different micro heat environment on transpiration and water consumption of Sophora japonica L. to provide basis for scientific and reasonable irrigation system of urban greenland, "the method of (measuring) the variation of carbon dioxide" (Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system) and whole-tree weighing methods were used to investigate the transpiration and water consumption characteristics of S.japonica potted-seedlings on different underlaying surface. The results showed that the ground-surface temperature and the air relative humidity on different underlaying surface were significantly different (P<0. 05), but the air temperature on different underlaying surface were not. The transpiration rate (Tr) of S.japonica on different underlaying surface were significantly different (P<0. 05), but the net photosynthesis rate (Pn) on different underlaying surface were not. The Tr of S.japonica on cement-road surface was 1. 17 to 2. 1 times than that on the surface of turf, and the Pn on cement-road surface was slightly higher than that on the surface of turf. Daily water consumption of S.japonica per unit leaf area on different underlaying surface was significantly different (P<0. 05). Transpiration rate of S.japonica was positively significantly or highly significantly correlated with the ground-surface temperature, but was negatively correlated with the air relative humidity.
