[目的]利用自建家蝇胚胎细胞系进行灭多威毒性测定,为灭多威毒性机理研究提供依据.[方法]采用MTT法,检测灭多威对家蝇胚胎细胞的增殖抑制作用.[结果]2 mg/ml灭多威对家蝇胚胎细胞有抑制作用,抑制率随药物浓度增加而升高.[结论]以家蝇胚胎细胞系为工具细胞进行灭多威的毒性作用研究,具有可行性.
[目的]利用自建傢蠅胚胎細胞繫進行滅多威毒性測定,為滅多威毒性機理研究提供依據.[方法]採用MTT法,檢測滅多威對傢蠅胚胎細胞的增殖抑製作用.[結果]2 mg/ml滅多威對傢蠅胚胎細胞有抑製作用,抑製率隨藥物濃度增加而升高.[結論]以傢蠅胚胎細胞繫為工具細胞進行滅多威的毒性作用研究,具有可行性.

[Objective] The research aimed to mensurate toxicity of methomyl to Musca domestica embryonic cell established by self, in order to provide evidence for the research on toxicity mechanism of methomyl.[Method] The inhibition of methomyl to Musca domestica embryonic cell was observed by MTT assay.[Result] 2 mg/ml methomyl inhibited the cells. Moreover, with the increase of the concentration, the inhibitory rate were increased.[Conclusion] It was feasible to taking Musca domestica embryonic cells line as the tool for investigating toxic effect of methomyl.
