[目的]探索优质高产的桔梗栽培方法.[方法]在15、20、30、40 cm的耕深和不施肥、全层施肥、深层施肥(30~40 cm)的3个施肥深度条件下,调查桔梗根的主要农艺性状.[结果]在耕深试验中,30 cm耕深条件下的主根长最长、根粗最粗、单根鲜重最重,但侧根数也最多;施肥效果为深层施肥的效果好于全层施肥和不施肥.[结论]试验结果对山区、半山区桔梗栽培体系的建立有一定的参考价值.

[목적]탐색우질고산적길경재배방법.[방법]재15、20、30、40 cm적경심화불시비、전층시비、심층시비(30~40 cm)적3개시비심도조건하,조사길경근적주요농예성상.[결과]재경심시험중,30 cm경심조건하적주근장최장、근조최조、단근선중최중,단측근수야최다;시비효과위심층시비적효과호우전층시비화불시비.[결론]시험결과대산구、반산구길경재배체계적건립유일정적삼고개치.
[Objective]The aim was to explore cultivation method of quality and high production for Platycodon grandiflornu. [Method]Compared root main agronomic characters under topsoil depth of 15, 20, 30, 40 cm and no fertilization, full-thickness fertilization, deep fertilization (30-40 cm). [Result]On experiment of topsoil depth, the main root length in 30 cm depth was the longest, root diameter was the widest, single root fresh weight was the heaviest, however, the lateral root also had the largest number. In the fertilization, the effects of deep fertilization was better than full-thickness fertilization and no fertilization. [Conclusion]The results of the experiment has certain reference value for establishment of mountains, mid-levels P. grandiflornu cultivation system.
