采用中频感应提拉法生长出了Nd~(3+)∶KLa(MoO_4)_2单晶,测试其室温下非偏振吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱.805 nm处吸收峰半峰宽10 nm,吸收截面为3.74×10~(-20) cm~2.主荧光发射峰位于1 059.45 nm处,荧光寿命160.6 μs.利用Judd-Ofelt理论计算出J-O强度参数Ω_t(t=2,4,6)及自发辐射概率、荧光分支比、辐射寿命、荧光量子效率及受激发射截面等参数.

Nd~(3+) doped KLa(MoO_4)_2 single crystal was grown by the Czochralski method. The nonpolarized absorption and fluorescence emission spectra were investigated at room temperature. The FWHM of the absorption peak at 805 nm is 10 nm, and the absorption cross-section is 3.74×10~(-20) cm~2. The fluorescence lifetime of the main emission peak at 1 059.45 nm is 160.6 μs. The J-O intensity parameters were calculated by the Judd-Ofelt theory, and some other parameters such as spontaneous radiative transition probabilities, the branching ratios, radiative lifetime, fluorescence quantum efficiency and stimulated emission cross-section as well.
