目的通过对人工髋关节翻修患者围手术期实施"一对一"的心理干预,研究心理干预措施对髋关节翻修患者手术前后心理反应的影响.方法观察各种原因需实施髋关节翻修患者46例,观察组24例在做常规治疗护理的同时给予"一对一"的心理行为干预,对照组22例只做常规的治疗护理,并于住院当日、手术前1 d、术后1w分别对两组患者进行心理测试.结果在住院当日实施心理护理前,两组患者SAS及SDS评分值无显著性差异(P>0.05),在实施相应的治疗护理后,观察组于手术前1d、术后1w SAS及SDS评分值比对照组明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 "一对一"的心理行为干预可有效提高人工髋关节翻修患者围手术期的心理健康水平.

Objective To research psychological reaction for manual innominatum joint repairing before and after operation of patients through "One to One" psychological interference.Methods To observe 46 cases of various innominatum joint repairing.24 cases of normal treatment,nursing and also are given by psychological interference of"One to One"and 22 cases of normal treatment,testing the patients of two groups on the day of entering hospital,one day before operation,one week after operation separately.Results The certain nursing is given at the day of entering hospital.The SAS and SDS for two groups have not remarkable difference(P<0.05)in assessment value;The SAS and SDS for the observation group are evidently dropping with remarkable difference(P<0.05)in assessment value one day before operation and one week after operation.Conclusion The"One to One"psychological action interferes and effectively improves manual innominatum joint repairing.The patients have psychological healthy level during operation.
