目的 分析血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)浓度在几种疾病中的变化,探讨其在临床中的应用价值.方法 应用循环酶法测定162例4组疾病患者和52例健康体检者的血浆HCY含量,并进行比较.结果 HCY在冠心病组、脑梗死组、糖尿病肾病组、慢性肾功能不全组的浓度显著高于对照组.结论 HCY是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,同时也是肾脏疾病血管病变的重要危险因素之一.
目的 分析血漿同型半胱氨痠(HCY)濃度在幾種疾病中的變化,探討其在臨床中的應用價值.方法 應用循環酶法測定162例4組疾病患者和52例健康體檢者的血漿HCY含量,併進行比較.結果 HCY在冠心病組、腦梗死組、糖尿病腎病組、慢性腎功能不全組的濃度顯著高于對照組.結論 HCY是心腦血管疾病的獨立危險因素,同時也是腎髒疾病血管病變的重要危險因素之一.
목적 분석혈장동형반광안산(HCY)농도재궤충질병중적변화,탐토기재림상중적응용개치.방법 응용순배매법측정162례4조질병환자화52례건강체검자적혈장HCY함량,병진행비교.결과 HCY재관심병조、뇌경사조、당뇨병신병조、만성신공능불전조적농도현저고우대조조.결론 HCY시심뇌혈관질병적독립위험인소,동시야시신장질병혈관병변적중요위험인소지일.
Objective To analyze the change of concentration of Homocysteine(HCY) in different diseases,and study its clinic value.Methods Enzymatic cycling measurement and control tests were conducted for the HCY in the serum from 164 patients with 4 different diseases and 52 healthy people.Results Concentration of HCY in coronary heart disease group,cerebral infarction group,diabetic nephropathy group and chronic renal failure group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion HCY was an independent risk factors in cardio cerebrovascular disease, and it is also one of the major risk factors of pathological changes in kidney disease with angiopathy.
