驱动桥壳是汽车上的重要部件,直接影响车辆的使用安全性.文章根据近几年出现的拉延桥壳中段,通过对传统的冲焊桥壳中段的制造工艺、试验结果及使用性能的分析比较,提出拉延中段在应用上的优势和对未来发展方向的展望,为驱动桥壳高强度、轻量化设计提供了一种有意义的设计思想.
驅動橋殼是汽車上的重要部件,直接影響車輛的使用安全性.文章根據近幾年齣現的拉延橋殼中段,通過對傳統的遲銲橋殼中段的製造工藝、試驗結果及使用性能的分析比較,提齣拉延中段在應用上的優勢和對未來髮展方嚮的展望,為驅動橋殼高彊度、輕量化設計提供瞭一種有意義的設計思想.

The driving-axle housing is an important part of automobile, which influences vehicle's safty directly. And by contrast with the traditional punching-welding intermediate section in manufacturing technology, This paper presents advantages of using mandrelling intermediate section and prospect of its future developmental trend because of its new emergence in recent years. The testing result and and the analyses of the application performance all prove that it is a useful idea for the design of high-strength and light-weight of axle housing.
