[目的]研究陕西祖师麻药材化学成分HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价、有效控制药材质量提供可靠方法.[方法]采用VP ODS C_(18)(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(0.02%磷酸),梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长326 nm,柱温30 ℃,进样量10 μl,测定祖师麻药材HPLC指纹图谱.[结果]根据聚类分析结果,选用10批陕西产祖师麻药材,建立了祖师麻药材指纹图谱共有模式,显示13个共有峰,指认了祖师麻甲素、紫丁香苷 2个特征峰.[结论]HPLC指纹图谱中各峰分离度较好,特征明显,方法的精密度、重现性试验的RSD值小于5%,可作为陕西祖师麻药材质量控制标准.

[Objective] The research aimed to study HPLC fingerprints of Zushima in Shaanxi Province for offering a method on the quality control and assessment.[Method] HPLC fingerprints of Zushima were established. Separations and determinations were carried out by linear gradient elution under following conditions:VP ODS C_(18) column (4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 μm), methanol -0.02% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, detection wavelength of UV at 326 nm, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature of 30 ℃. [Result] Based on the result of clustering analysis, 10 samples of Zushima in Shaanxi Province were used to evaluate the whole HPLC spectrums. 13 common peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of Zushima. [Conclusion]The established HPLC fingerprints had desirable precision, producibility, stability, and could be used for the quality control of Zushima in Shaanxi Province.
