为进一步提高矿用无极绳连续牵引车控制系统对安全控制的要求,以PLC可编程控制器为核心,进行信号采集与处理,实现牵引车的控制与保护。重点介绍该牵引车监控装置的系统组成,功能特点,软硬件原理及应用情况。实际应用证明,该监控装置满足了无极绳连续牵引车在煤矿井下辅助运输的监测、控制与保护要求。

In order to improve the safety control requirements of monitor device for continuous rail endless rope driven haulage system,take PLC（Programmable Logical Controller） as the core,processes signal collecting and processing,realizes the control and protection of haulage.The system structure,function features,software and hardware principle and application situation of haulage monitor device are introduced.The practical application proves that this monitor device meet the requirements of monitoring,controlling and protection of continuous rail endless rope driven haulage at underground coal mine auxiliary transport.
