城乡统筹实质是贯彻科学发展观,缩短城乡差距.其外延包括农村剩余劳动人口向城镇转移,解决农村人多地少、城市资源多而人口少的不协调发展.因此,对农民工群体的社会适应研究在统筹城乡工程中将具有基础作用.通过调查重庆企业农民工的社会适应情况以及与体育参与之间的关系,结合走访重庆劳动与社会保障局和体育局大量工作人员的基础上,文章提出重庆企业农民工社会适应的体育健康干预手段及对策.

Essentially,the harmonious development between urban areas and rural ereas is putting the scientific thought of development into effect,shortening the gap between the rural and the urban.Its extension in cludes the transfer of spare labors in the rural area to the urban,and the solution to the inharmony development between vast population while limited farmland in the rural and abundant resources while limited population in the urban.As a result,the study on the adaption of peasant labors group has basic funtion on the harmonious development.Through the investigation of the social adaption of peasant labors in Chongqing and the relation of physical exercisc participation,combined with the basis of visit to a large number of personnel in the Chongqing Labor and Social Searity Bureau and Sports Bureau,the paper put forward the physical exercise intervention in Chorgqing＇s peasant labors＇social adjusting system and its measures.
