研究了活性/中性染料对棉锦交织物同浆双氰胺催化固色技术.分析了双氰胺催化剂用量、碱剂、汽蒸时间等因素对棉锦印花性能的影响.结果表明,双氰胺催化固色技术解决了印制棉锦织物时棉纤维和锦纶纤维上染pH值条件相悖的问题,实现了在弱碱性条件下活性染料和中性染料分别上染棉和锦纶纤维,提高了染料在棉锦交织物上的得色率和染色牢度,减少了沾色.

Printing technology of cotton / nylon fabrics with reactive/neutral dyes combination was investigated. Effect of dicyandiamide such as catalyst, alkaline agent, and steam time on print properties was discussed. The results showed that the problem of dyeing cotton and nylon fibers at different pH values was solved. Cotton and nylon fabric was printed and fixed with reactive and neutral dyes at weak alkali conditions. The fixation and color fastness of dyes on cotton/nylon fabric were increased. Meanwhile, transfer of colour was reduced.
