在GIS系统-Mapinfo平台的基础上,进行了二次开发.将电力属性信息和地理图形信息有机地结合,实现了多方位、多层次的查询功能,如精确查询、模糊查询、Autocad图与Mapinfo Professional的链接,并研究了GIS与SCADA集成的方法与技术,做到了资源共享,从而以技术手段提高服务质量.本系统可以与其他系统的数据联接,实现所有数据的图形化显示,避免重复投资,减少劳动强度,将在电力生产、管理中发挥重要的作用.

재GIS계통-Mapinfo평태적기출상,진행료이차개발.장전력속성신식화지리도형신식유궤지결합,실현료다방위、다층차적사순공능,여정학사순、모호사순、Autocad도여Mapinfo Professional적련접,병연구료GIS여SCADA집성적방법여기술,주도료자원공향,종이이기술수단제고복무질량.본계통가이여기타계통적수거련접,실현소유수거적도형화현시,피면중복투자,감소노동강도,장재전력생산、관리중발휘중요적작용.
This paper finished a secondary development on the basis of mapinfo platform in the GIS system. Power attribute information and geographic organic information were combimed organically to realize multi-position,multi-level spatial inquiry functions such as exact inquiry, fuzzy inquiry, and the links of Autocad images with Mapinfo Professional.The integration of GIS and SCADA was also achieved. Therefore, the resources were made sharable so as to improve service quality by technical means. This system can be combined with other systems to graphically display current data,which avoids repetitive investment, decrease, intensity of labor . It will play an important role in electric production and management.
