对41份谷子种质资源的7个农艺性状进行了遗传多样性分析,结果表明:谷子种质资源遗传变异丰富,株高的多样性指数最高,为2.08,穗长的多样性指数最低,为1.82.基于农艺性状的聚类分析把41份材料分为4大组群,其中第一组群和第二组群分别只有一份材料,其穗粒重都很低;第三组群包括28分材料,7个农艺性状在四个组群中均是最高的;第四组群包括11分材料,7个性状值都高于第一组群和第二组群,但低于第二三组群.

The genetic diversity of seven agronomic traits was analyzed in 41 millet germplasm resources. The results showed that the diversity index of stem height was the highest with the number of 2.08, while that of spike length was the lowest with the number of 1.82. Based on the cluster analysis of agronomic traits, 41 millet germplasm resources were divided into four groups. Both the first and the second group were only including one millet germplasm resource separately, and they had low grains weight per spike; the third group was including 28 millet germplasm resources, and the seven agronomic traits were the highest among four groups; the fourth group was including 11 millet germplasm resources, the seven agronomic traits were higher than that in the first and the second group but lower than that in the third group.
