实验研究了放置温度、时间、冻融、pH、盐以及柠檬酸对黄原胶和假酸浆子胶混胶黏度的影响.结果表明:黄原胶和假酸浆子胶有协效性,当假酸浆子胶与黄原胶的质量比15:85时,二者的协同增效性最高,胶溶液为非牛顿型流体,且变化满足Herschel-Bulkley方程.温度、时间对混胶有一定的影响.进一步对其研究表明:冻融、pH、盐以及柠檬酸都对其影响较小.

Rheclogical properties of gum in seed of Nicandra physaloides(L.)Gaertn(NPG)-xanthan system and effects of temperature,time,freezing-thawing alternation,pH,NaCl and citric acid on it were investigated in this research.The results showed that the synergistic interaction was different with different proportions of the two gums.When the mass ratio of NPG to xanthan gum was 15:85(mL),the synergistic interaction was the strongest.The mixed system belonged to non-new-tonian fluid,following the Herschel-Bulldey equation.Temperature and time had effect on NPG-xanthan gum systems.The further research indicated that freezing-thawing alternation,pH,NaCl and citric acid had little effect on the mixed gum.
