为保障高速列车安全和平稳的运行，高速铁路的轨道几何平顺性和路基（桥梁）的稳定性必须达到极高的技术标准，这决定了高速铁路线下工程沉降监测的重要意义。沉降观测数据是复杂的、海量的，只有通过对数据进行合理的有效的质量控制和管理，才能保障高速铁路的顺利建设。文章通过对沉降观测数据生产全过程进行工序分解，设置一套严格的质量控制和管理措施，使作业过程规范化和制度化，保证沉降监测作业的顺利实施。同时建立及时的沉降数据质量信息反馈机制，实现沉降观测的可靠可控，提高沉降观测数据生产质量，从而有力保障高速铁路的建设。

To ensure safe and smooth running of high - speed train, exceedingly high technical standard is required for geometry smoothness of high-speed railway line and stability of subgrade/bridge, which determines the significance for settlement and deformation monitoring of works under track on high - speed railway line. The data of settlement observa- tion is complex and massive, it is only through reasonable and effective quality control and management can high-speed railway be ensured of successful construction. This article sets up a strict quality control and management measures through disassembleing the production procedure of settlement observation data to make the procedure standardized and institutionalized, and ensure successful implementation of the settlement observation. Meanwhile, it establishes timely quality information feedback mechanism of settlement data, achieves reliable and controllable settlement observation, and improves the production quality of settlement observation data, in turn the high-speed railway＇s construction can be ensured.
