目的 总结纳络酮救治急性复方苯乙哌啶中毒患者的治疗效果和不良反应.方法 对30例急性复方苯乙哌啶中毒的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 30例急性复方苯乙哌啶患者全部成功救治,治愈率100%.结论 钠络酮救治急性复方苯乙哌啶中毒效果明显,成功率高,并发的不良反应可以控制.

Objective To summarize the naloxonc for treatment of acute poisoning phenylethyl piperidine compound in patients with the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions.Methods 30 cases of acute poisoning compound phenylethyl piperidine clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results 30 cases of acute compound phenyletHyl piperidine treatment was successful in all patients,the cure rate 100%.Conclusion Naloxone for treatment of acute poisoning phenylethyl piperidine compound,the effect clearly,the success rate is high,concurrent control of adverse reactions.
