Prostatitis%Indomethacin
目的 探讨慢性前列腺炎(chronic Prostatitis,CP)的有效治疗方法.方法 600例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分成A、B、C三组,A组:前列腺注药按摩联合吲哚美辛栓200例:B组:抗生素200例;C组:抗生素联合普适泰(商品名:舍尼通)200例,三种方法 各治疗2个月,随访1～3年,对比治疗前后三种疗法的疗效.结果 A组前列腺炎症状指数(CPSI)平均由治疗前的19.8±4.8减少到治疗后的5.2±3.2.CPSI分值减少15.2,B组和C组的CPSI平均由治疗前的16.6±3.2、17.4±3.0减少到治疗后的8.6±3.2和6.2±2.2,B、C组的CPSI的平均分值分别减少8.0、11.0.经过8周治疗,A组、B组、C组的前列腺液(EPS)镜检WBC＜10/Hp的患者分别为95例(88.8%),67例(62%)和79例(79.7%).A组、B组、C组细菌培养转阴的患者分别为28例(28/34,82.3%),21例(21/34,62.2%),24例(42/62,67.8%).A组与B、C二组在治疗前后EPS常规恢复正常和细菌转阴率间比较差异有统计学意义;A组与B、C组之间疗效对比,经过方差分析,x2=8.7,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.前列腺注药、按摩联合吲哚美辛栓治疗CP的疗效明显优于其他二组.结论 前列腺注药、按摩联合吲哚美辛栓治疗CP疗效满意.

Objectives To evaluate the curative effect of combined therapy used in chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 600 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into A group,B group and C group groupl:A group,which were under taken by indomethacin suppository into the prostate,was 200 cases;B group,which were under taken by antibiotic was 200 cases;C group,which were taken by combination of antibiotic and Prostat,was 200 cases.The course of treatment in three groups lasts 2months.The follow-up period was 1 to 3 years.Comparison and analysis were made on the therapeutic effect of 3 therapies.Results InA group,B group and C group,CPSI scores were reduced equally from 19.8±4.8,16.6±3.2,and 17.4±3.0 before treatment to 5.2±3.2,8.6±3.2 and 6.2±2.2 after treatment. CPSI scores decreased by 15.2,8.0.and 11.9 respectively.After eight-weeks treatment,the normal of patients of expmssod prostate secretion (EPS)routine extermination in A.B,Cgroup is 148 ca8es(88.1%),116 cases (73.4%)and 126 cases(79.7%).The patients of EPS bacterial culture test converted negative in A,B,C group is 53(53/62,85.5%),38(38/66,62.2%)and 24(42/62,67.8%).There was significant difference of EPS routine extermination and bacteria culture test converted negative between pre -treatment and post-treatment in A,B,C group.After treatment,there was significant difference between the observation group and the other three control groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of indomethacin suppository into the prostate was satisfactory.
