目的 观察食管癌患者癌组织中Fas相关磷酸酯酶(FAP-1)的表达,探讨FAP-1表达在肿瘤发生发展中的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测65例食管癌及16例食管良性病变标本中FAP-1蛋白的表达水平,12例正常食管组织为对照组.结果 FAP-1蛋白的阳性表达主要定位在细胞质内,少数也可见胞膜着色.FAP-1蛋白在正常食管组织中未见表达,良性病变中的表达率为12.5%,而在恶性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为76.9%,与前两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).FAP-1的表达与肿瘤的分化程度和转移呈显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄和肿瘤大小无明显相关(P>0.05).结论 FAP-1在食管癌组织中阳性表达率高达76.9%,在临床有转移、分期晚和病理分级低的组织中表达增高,可能与食管癌的发生发展相关.

Objective To investigate the roles of Fas-associated phosphatase-1 (FAP-1) in the pathogenesis of esophagus cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was employed to detect the expression of FAP-1 in benign esophagus disense (16 cases) , esophagus cancer (65 cases) and the normal controls (12 cases). Clinical pathological data were analyzed. Results There was no FAP-1 expression in normal controls and low positive expression rate in benign esophagus disense (13.5%), but high positive expression rate (76.9% ) was found in esophagus carcinoma (P <0.01). Moreover, the expression of FAP-1 was markedly associated with distant metastasis and pathological grade of tumors ( P < 0.05), but not related to age and tumor size (P > 0.05). Conclusion The positive expression rate of FAP-1 is highly up to 76.9% in esophagus cancer and its expression is associated with distant metastasis and pathological grade. It indicates that FAP-1 may play an important role in the etiology and development of esophagus cancer.
