目的 构建大鼠颈动静脉分流型(CA-JV)和野百合碱诱导型(MCT)肺动脉高压模型,观察两种肺动脉高压模型肺血管重塑的血流动力学、组织学和体视学指标改变.方法 36只Spargue-Dawley大鼠,对照组、CA-JV和MCT肺动脉高压模型各12只,MCT组6周,其余两组12周后测定右心室收缩压(RVSP),并取左下肺组织测定肺小动脉横截面厚度指数(TI)和面积指数(AI)以及肺小动脉纤维比例.结果 大鼠分流型与药物型肺动脉高压模型中RVSP(37.69±3.00、43.99±4.60)、TI(0.43±0.16、0.41±0.13)和AI(0.65±0.19、0.64±0.15)和肺小动脉纤维比例(33.59±7.58、30.33±7.24)均较对照组均显著升高,药物型模型RVSP升高更明显(P<0.05),分流型模型肺小动脉纤维比例更高(P<0.05).结论 两种肺动脉高压模型均可以造成大鼠血流动力学变化和肺血管结构改变,不同模型肺血管重塑存在不同特点.

목적 구건대서경동정맥분류형(CA-JV)화야백합감유도형(MCT)폐동맥고압모형,관찰량충폐동맥고압모형폐혈관중소적혈류동역학、조직학화체시학지표개변.방법 36지Spargue-Dawley대서,대조조、CA-JV화MCT폐동맥고압모형각12지,MCT조6주,기여량조12주후측정우심실수축압(RVSP),병취좌하폐조직측정폐소동맥횡절면후도지수(TI)화면적지수(AI)이급폐소동맥섬유비례.결과 대서분류형여약물형폐동맥고압모형중RVSP(37.69±3.00、43.99±4.60)、TI(0.43±0.16、0.41±0.13)화AI(0.65±0.19、0.64±0.15)화폐소동맥섬유비례(33.59±7.58、30.33±7.24)균교대조조균현저승고,약물형모형RVSP승고경명현(P<0.05),분류형모형폐소동맥섬유비례경고(P<0.05).결론 량충폐동맥고압모형균가이조성대서혈류동역학변화화폐혈관결구개변,불동모형폐혈관중소존재불동특점.
Objective To establish carotid artery-jugular vein shunt pulmonary hypertension model (CA-JV) and monocrotalin-induced pulmonary hypertension model (MCT) of rats,and observe the changes in hemodynamics, histology and stereology of pulmonary vascular remodeling.Methods Thirtysix Spargue-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups (control,CA-JV 1,and MCT).Each group had 12 rats.Right vascular systolic pressure (RVSP), cross section thickness index (TI), area index (AI), and fiber tissue ratio of ptdmonary arterioles were measured at the 6th week on MCT,and at the 12th week on rest two groups.Results RVSP (37.69±3.00,4399±4.60),TI (0.43±0.16,0.41±0.13),AI (0.65± 0.19,0.64 ± 0.15) and fiber tissue ratio of pulmonary arterioles in two model groups were all significantly higher than in control group.RVSP in MCT group was higher than in CA-JV group (P < 0.05).Fiber tissue ratio of pulmonary arterioles in CA-JV group was higher than in MCT group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The changes in hemodynamies,histology and stereology could be observed in beth two kinds of models.There were differences in pulmonary vascular remodeling between two models.
