通过对不同的初始含水量的水玻璃旧砂进行干法再生处理,经抽样化学分析检测再生效果,揭示了旧砂含水量与再生砂的NaO2残留量的关系。含水量小于0.1%干法再生效果很佳,含水量越大再生效果越差,含水量大于0.7%的水玻璃旧砂难以机械干法再生。
