设计一种半导体激光器的稳恒功率控制系统.该系统以3个高精度放大器OPA114,OPA602和OPA335为核心,采用滤波和慢启动电路,具有集成度高、元件少、性能稳定等优点;采用光功率负反馈控制,能为半导体激光器提供高稳定的、连续可调的驱动电流.实验结果表明,在该系统的驱动下,半导体激光器连续工作5 h,光功率稳定度可达0.048%,比开环时的稳定度提高了近5.5倍,达到设计要求.
設計一種半導體激光器的穩恆功率控製繫統.該繫統以3箇高精度放大器OPA114,OPA602和OPA335為覈心,採用濾波和慢啟動電路,具有集成度高、元件少、性能穩定等優點;採用光功率負反饋控製,能為半導體激光器提供高穩定的、連續可調的驅動電流.實驗結果錶明,在該繫統的驅動下,半導體激光器連續工作5 h,光功率穩定度可達0.048%,比開環時的穩定度提高瞭近5.5倍,達到設計要求.

A power stability control system of the semiconductor laser diode is designed.The system takes three precise amplifiers INA114,OPA602 and OPA335 as its core components using a filter and a slow startup circuits,so it has many advantages such as having a high integration level,using fewer elements and having stable performance.Besides,the system can provide highly steady and continuously adjustable driving current for the semiconductor laser diode using a negative feedback control system of light power.The experimental results have shown that under the driving of the system,the light power stability can reach 0.048% after the semiconductor laser diode has worked for 5 hours,which is nearly 5.5 times higher than that in an open-loop system,hence the design meets the requirement
