为了探讨专业教师担任兼职班主任是否能够有效提高在校大学生的文化知识水平、帮助在校大学生更好地适应大学的学习和生活,选取广东医学院药学专业176名本科生为研究对象,将其分成两个组,其中一组由专业教师兼任班主任,另一组不配备班主任,由专职辅导员任班主任,4年后比较两组学生的学习情况、社会活动情况和科研情况.结果发现,由专业教师兼任班主任的学生组在学习、社会活动和科研情况方面明显优于无专业教师任班主任的学生组,提示专业教师兼任班主任对学生的生活和学习有明显的帮助.

To study the effect of professional teacher as class teacher in undergraduates'education,176 students were divided into 2 groups.One group was controlled by professional teachers as class teacher,and the other group was controlled by instructor only.4 years later,the results were showed the learning ability,social activities and research situation in the students with professional teachers as a class teacher were better than those students without professional teachers as a class teacher.It would be helpful to promote the learning ability and viability in college students with professional teachers as a class teacher.
