本文报告了14例中间位无肛男婴于新生儿期在他院接受过经会阴肛门成形术,术后仍遗留有直肠尿道瘘及不同程度的肛门狭窄.作者根据不同病情,分别采用肛门狭窄成形经直肠内瘘修补术、经会阴前途径行尿道瘘修补术、经尾路肛门成形术和经腹行直肠内拖出肛门成形术,均获痊愈.并对其手术方法和指征进行了讨论.

14 patients of recto-urethral fistula after the primary anoplasty done in the rural area were admitted. All of them were boys. Based on their local pathological changes the fistulae were repaired by means of intra-rectal, anterior perinea), transsacral, or transabdominal operations. The patients were followed up for 1 to 12 years postoperatively, and the result of 12 of them was satisfactory both in rectal and vesical functions. This article discusses the indications and techniques of different procedures.
