红霉素具有拟胃动素的作用,可以作用于胃动素受体,促进胃肠道运动,从而改善早产儿喂养不耐受.然而,红霉素的作用机制尚未完全明确,其用于改善早产儿喂养不耐受的适宜对象、给药途径、剂量疗程及不良反应等方面,国际上尚未有统一意见,作用效果各家研究结论亦有所差别.临床上有必要进行更为深入的研究及更远期的追踪随访,以期明确上述问题,使红霉素更好地服务于早产儿喂养问题的改善.

Erythromycin is a motilin receptor agonist.It can mimic the effect of motilin to promote the gastrointestinal motility and facilitate the enteral feeding in preterm infants.However,the mechanism how erythromycin enhances the enteral feeding in preterm infants hasn't fully been investigated.There are conflicting findings about the effects and side effects of erythromycin for the management of feeding intolerance in preterm infants.Also there isn't a unified standard about the suitable object,the way of administration,the dosage and course of erythromycin.It's necessary to do further research and long-term follow up so that we can make better use of erythromycin for improving feeding intolerance in preterm infants.
