为了解教师对学生评教的认知及态度,北京大学医学部公共教学部对本部115名在岗教师进行了问卷调查.调查结果显示,绝大多数教师认为学生评教是必要的,并且能够认真对待学生评教;约半数教师能够根据学生评教结果调整教学安排.调查结果也显示,超过半数的教师对学生评教的过程及内容并不十分了解,对学生评教分数与实际情况是否相符表示怀疑.因此,医学院校应当加强教师对学生评教工作的了解和正确认识,提高学生评教的科学性,完善学生评教制度,合理利用学生评教结果,不断改进教师的教学效果.

This paper is to investigate the cognitive attitude of medical school staff about university
students' feedback on teaching evaluation. The questionnaire is used to investigate among 115 teaching
staff of Peking University Health Science Center. The result shows that the majority of the teachers, who
think that students' feedback on teaching evaluation is necessary, look at the students' criticism seriously.
Haft of the staff would readjust their teaching based on the students' criticism and suggestions. However,
the result also shows that over half of the staff is not well-informed of the process and the content of the
students' feedback on teaching evaluation. And the scores that students give to the teaching performances
are suspected in their fairness. It is suggested that the work of teaching appraisal should be more transpar-
ent and correctly understood, the scientific level of teaching evaluation should be advanced, the students'
involvement in teaching appraisal should be improved, and the data of students' feedback should be used
rationally.
