Resonance light scattering%globulin%Nano-CuS
基于蛋白质的加入使功能性CuS纳米粒子的共振光散射明显增强,建立了定量测定蛋白质的新方法.最佳实验条件下,对人血清球蛋白的线性范围为0.1-7.0 μg ml-1,检出限为13 ng ml-1,对人血清白蛋白的线性范围为0.25-11.0 μg ml-1,检出限为26 ng ml-1.该方法成功用于人血清样品的测定,方法简单、灵敏、稳定、选择性好.

Based on the strong enhancement effect of proteins on resonance light scattering of functionalized nano-CuS at 383 nm, a new direct quantitative determination method for proteins in blood serum samples is established. Under optimal conditions, the enhanced RLS intensity is in proportion to the globulin concentration in the range 0.1-7.0 (g ml-1. The limit of detection is 13 ng ml-1. And the dynamic range for human serum albumin is 0.25-11.0 (g ml-1 with detection limit of 26 ng ml-1. Human blood serum samples were determined satisfactorily. This method is characterized by high sensitivity, simplicity, good selectivity and stability of the chemical system.
