在安徽(世行项目)省道S303改造工程中,通过对老路路况的调查与评价,确定以水泥为再生剂对老路进行现场冷再生:并使用重型击实法进行了配合比设计,各项指标满足要求;现场采用维特根WR2500S再生机进行再生作业并作为基层加以应用,养生结束后进行检测,再生基层强度明显提高,各项指标满足要求.

This paper introduced the application of cold in-place recycling technology in base course which took cement as recycling agent in Anhui-Word Bank provincial road $303, preliminary understood the status of original road by old road survey, determined the structure of recycled base course and the recycled method;Static pressure method was used in proportioning design, WR2500S was used in base construction. Detection results show that the strength of recycled base is improved after maintenance, and all indexes meet requirements.
