目的 探讨黄连解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)水平的影响及其作用机制.方法 雄性SD大鼠,随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、黄连解毒汤低中高3个剂量组及阿托伐他汀组,每组10只.除正常对照组喂普通饲料外,其余喂以高脂饲料,同时定期灌服维生素D3(60万U/次,第2,4,6周)造模8周,从第6周开始每天灌胃给药1次,黄连解毒汤低剂量组2.7 g/kg,中剂量组5.3 g/kg,高剂量组10.6 g/ks,阿托伐他汀钙片组1.8mg/kg,正常对照组灌服等量蒸馏水,连续4周.结果 黄连解毒汤中剂量组,高剂量组及阿托伐他汀组均与模型对照组的ICAM-1,VCAM-1表达均比模型对照组低(P<0.05~0.01).结论 黄连解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化起到一定干预作用,其机制可能与抑制炎症反应有关.

목적 탐토황련해독탕대동맥죽양경화대서혈청중세포간점부분자-1(ICAM-1)화혈관세포점부분자-1(VCAM-1)수평적영향급기작용궤제.방법 웅성SD대서,수궤분성정상대조조、모형대조조、황련해독탕저중고3개제량조급아탁벌타정조,매조10지.제정상대조조위보통사료외,기여위이고지사료,동시정기관복유생소D3(60만U/차,제2,4,6주)조모8주,종제6주개시매천관위급약1차,황련해독탕저제량조2.7 g/kg,중제량조5.3 g/kg,고제량조10.6 g/ks,아탁벌타정개편조1.8mg/kg,정상대조조관복등량증류수,련속4주.결과 황련해독탕중제량조,고제량조급아탁벌타정조균여모형대조조적ICAM-1,VCAM-1표체균비모형대조조저(P<0.05~0.01).결론 황련해독탕대동맥죽양경화기도일정간예작용,기궤제가능여억제염증반응유관.
Objective To study the effect of huang lian jie du decoction on immune -inflammatory eytokine sICAM-1 and sVCAM -1 in rat serum and its molecular mechanism. Methods Male rats were divided into 6 groups, 5 groups were fed with cholesterol diet for 10 weeks and the other group was fed with normal diet. At the sixth week 3 groups were treated with low dose, moderate dose and the high dose of huang lian jie du decoction, one group with atorvastatin for 4 weeks (except the nomal group) Levels of slCAM -1 and sVCAM -1 were measured with ELISA after 10 weeks. Results Levels of sICAM -1 and sVCAM -1 in the model group were significantly higher than that of normal group. Compared with the model control group,levels of sICAM -1 and sVCAM -1 in moderate dose huang lian jie du decoction group and high dose group were significantly lower than that of the model control group. Conclusion This study shows huang lian jie du decoction influences levels of sICAM -1 and sVCAM -1 and it may be helpful in the treatment of atherosclerosis.
