国内外对商业银行经营绩效评价方法主要体现在指标体系,但在模型上并没有重视适用性,造成商业银行贷款项目进行绩效评估时缺少适合的模型.根据商业银行贷款项目进行绩效评估的特点,利用灰色关联分析法、模糊评判综合法和逐步判别分析法各自优点结合形成一种GFS新算法,对其新的贷款项目进行判别分析.实践结果表明,GFS新算法评估效果好,能为银行高层管理者在贷款项目决策中提供依据.

The research on the performance evaluation of commercial banks is mainly embodied in the indicator system. However, the existing models do not attach importance to applicability, resulting in the lack of suitable evaluation models for the evaluation of loan projects of commercial banks. Therefore, in accordance with the characteristics of the loan projects of commercial banks, this article has combined the gray relational analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and stepwise discriminative analysis method with their respective advantages to develop a new algorithm, GFS algorithm. This GFS algorithm can do discriminative analysis for new loan projects. Practice has shown that this GFS algorithm has a good evaluation effect. It can provide senior managers with theoretical basis for decision-making.
