The distinctive training mode of doctoral students of German higher education in its long-term development is analyzed.The distinguishing training features are discussed from three main aspects： the obtaining of doctor qualification;the training mode of doctoral students;the awarding of doctor＇s degree.It is pointed out that learning from the helpful experience of German＇s training mode of doctors will do much good to our country＇s training mode of doctoral students.
