对密封圆柱型锌镍电池所使用的电解液无机添加剂进行了研究.考察了氟化钾、四硼酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、亚硫酸钠等不同电解液无机添加剂对锌镍电池充放电曲线、充放电过程中内阻以及循环寿命的影响.结果表明:和添加氟化钾相比.亚硫酸钠、四硼酸钠和磷酸氢二钠作为添加剂可明显提高锌镍电池的充放电性能,尤其是在电解液中同时添加适量磷酸氢二钠和亚硫酸钠可明显提高电池的充放电效率和容量保持率,电池的循环寿命大大提高.
對密封圓柱型鋅鎳電池所使用的電解液無機添加劑進行瞭研究.攷察瞭氟化鉀、四硼痠鈉、燐痠氫二鈉、亞硫痠鈉等不同電解液無機添加劑對鋅鎳電池充放電麯線、充放電過程中內阻以及循環壽命的影響.結果錶明:和添加氟化鉀相比.亞硫痠鈉、四硼痠鈉和燐痠氫二鈉作為添加劑可明顯提高鋅鎳電池的充放電性能,尤其是在電解液中同時添加適量燐痠氫二鈉和亞硫痠鈉可明顯提高電池的充放電效率和容量保持率,電池的循環壽命大大提高.

The effects of different inorganic additives to the electrolytes employed in sealed cylindrical Ni-Zn battery were studied. The effects of inorganic additives on the charge-discharge curve, resistance and capacity of Ni-Zn battery were examined. The results show that the charge-discharge performance of Ni-Zn battery adding sodium fluoride, sodium sulfite, sodium tetraborate and sodium hydrogen phosphate respectively is supedor to that adding kalium fluoride. Especially, the battery electrolyte adding sodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium sulfite exhibits an excellent performance on the efficiency of charging--discharging and its maintenance of capacity, as well as its cycle life.
