半刚性太阳能电池阵具有质量轻、使用寿命长、供电效率高等优点,适合于我国航天发展对于大面积、轻型太阳电源系统的需求.半刚性基板的核心是柔性的网格面板,采用低延伸率的玻璃纤维进行编织,且要求织物表面平整、结构致密,因而编织起来非常困难,严重影响了网格织物的质量和编织效率.本文对如何提高玻璃纤维柔性网格织物的编织工艺稳定性进行了研究.

Semi-rigid solar array has longer life, lighter mass and higher energy transfer efficiency than the rigid array,it is a suitable product for the demand of the future aircraft. As one critical portion, the warp knitted flexible mesh grid fabric should be light and flat with high loop density. However, the glass yarn is more lower elongation during the preform fabrication, which decreases the mechanical properties and the production efficiency of the mesh grid fabric. This paper is an investigation of how to improve technics stability of the glass flexible mesh grid fabric manufacturing.
