结合胶州市云溪河防洪闸工程设计实例,利用ANSYS软件有限元法对闸门结构进行设计,建立了闸门三维结构分析模型.分析了闸门主要构件的应力、变形状况,校核了闸门的强度和刚度.计算结果表明,闸门的结构应力和变形均能满足规范和设计要求,其整体稳定性能得到保证.

Combining the engineering design example of Yunxi river flood protection in Jiaozhou city, the paper used the FEM of ANSYS software to design the the floodgate, set up the three-dimensional structure model for the floodgate, analyzed the stress and deformation conditions of the floodgate main parts, checked the strength and stiffness of the floodgate.The calculation result showed that both stress and deformations of the floodgate could meet the demands of the specifications and design requirement, the general stability could be ensured.
