目的 研究高压氧治疗对异体髂骨再造跟骨术后愈合的临床价值.方法 高压氧组6例跟骨骨肿瘤患者,手术切除跟骨,应用异体髂骨再造跟骨,术后3 d行高压氧治疗,1个疗程为10 d,1次/d,间歇1周再做下一个疗程,共2个疗程.另选取8例异体髂骨再造跟骨患者,作为对照组,常规治疗,不行HBO治疗.观察软组织肿胀消失时间、骨折线模糊时间、骨折线消失时间.结果 高压氧组6例患者软组织肿胀消失时间平均(5.1±1.4)个月,骨折线模糊时间平均(2.9±0.7)个月,骨折线消失时间平均(13.7±2.3)个月,明显低于对照组(P<0.01),提示高压氧组切口愈合良好,骨折愈合良好.结论 高压氧治疗减轻异体髂骨再造跟骨术后组织的炎症反应,促进骨愈合,有着较好的临床价值,是一种简便有效的治疗手段.

목적 연구고압양치료대이체가골재조근골술후유합적림상개치.방법 고압양조6례근골골종류환자,수술절제근골,응용이체가골재조근골,술후3 d행고압양치료,1개료정위10 d,1차/d,간헐1주재주하일개료정,공2개료정.령선취8례이체가골재조근골환자,작위대조조,상규치료,불행HBO치료.관찰연조직종창소실시간、골절선모호시간、골절선소실시간.결과 고압양조6례환자연조직종창소실시간평균(5.1±1.4)개월,골절선모호시간평균(2.9±0.7)개월,골절선소실시간평균(13.7±2.3)개월,명현저우대조조(P<0.01),제시고압양조절구유합량호,골절유합량호.결론 고압양치료감경이체가골재조근골술후조직적염증반응,촉진골유합,유착교호적림상개치,시일충간편유효적치료수단.
Objective To investigate effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the healing of homological iliac transplantation. Methods Six cases of calcaneal tumor were administered homological calcaneal reconstruction with homolngical ilium. Patients were treated with HBO 3 days after surgery, once a day and 10 days a session. With an interval of one week, patients were given the next session, with a total of 2 sessions. Observations were made on the time when swelling soft tissue and bone fracture line receded. Results In the 6 cases, average time for the disappearance of soft tissue swelling was 6 months, and average time for the disappearance of bone fracture line was 15 months, with an ideal healing of incision and bone fracture. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen therapy could obviously relieve inflammatory response induced by homological calcaneal reconstruction with homological ilium and promote bone healing. HBO therapy seemed to be a simple but effective treatment method, and might be promising in clinical application of homological iliac bone transplantation.
