目的通过对216例高龄危重患者陪护的心理健康状况调查,探讨陪护出现不良情绪的时间、环境、原因和程度.从而有针对性地对其实施健康指导和教育,消除病区的安全隐患.方法随机调查老年干部病房和普通病房的陪护各108例,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组进行心理健康状况调查.结果两组对象的SCL-90各因子以及各个年龄段的SAS和SDS评分均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);18～30岁的SAS以及31～40岁的SDS评分及阳性率最高.结论老年干部病房陪护的心理健康状况更需要得到社会和医务人员的关注.

Objective To investigate the mental health status of 216 accompanying persons who nurse severe elderly patients and explore the environment, time, cause and degree related to occurrence of unhealthy emotions, to offer pertinent health education and guidance for them and eliminate hidden danger of ward.Methods 108 objects from elderly ward and 108 from general ward were randomly collected, and the self-rating symptom checklist (SCL), the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depressive scale (SDS) was performed. Results Statistical significance (P<0.05 ) was found in scores of the SCL between the two groups and the SAS and SDS among every age of groups. Further more, the highest scores were found in the SAS of 18～30 years-old group and the SDS of 31～40 year-old group. Conclusions Based on the worse mental health status, more attention should be given to the accompanying persons in the elderly ward from the society and medical stuff.
