The seeds of pea were implanted with different contents N+ using a plasma immersion ion implanter after the implantation,there were some changes with the activity and the number of the esterase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes.The results showed that the changes of peroxidas isozymes was associated with ion implantation dose.The changes of esterase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes were largest by the dose at 35 minutes.The germination percentage of M1 seed declined.
