The article concludes the generalized stiffness of shells withring and vertical, inclined and triangular stiffeners on the basis of the material features of composite stiffened cylindrical shells, which unifies the stability between cylindrical shell, and stiffened shell and that derives the buckling critical pressure of composite stiffened cylindrical shells under external pressure from Donnell-type theory which can be for reference by engineers
