针对高频光栅振动信号的处理要求,设计了基于DSP的振动信号处理系统.采用状态机的方法克服了信号采集不同步的影响,并结合DSP软件细分算法实现了光栅振动信号的高倍细分.测试数据表明:该系统分辨率高、动态范围宽、实时性强,可集成光栅振动传感器应用于微位移、微振动的测量领域中.
針對高頻光柵振動信號的處理要求,設計瞭基于DSP的振動信號處理繫統.採用狀態機的方法剋服瞭信號採集不同步的影響,併結閤DSP軟件細分算法實現瞭光柵振動信號的高倍細分.測試數據錶明:該繫統分辨率高、動態範圍寬、實時性彊,可集成光柵振動傳感器應用于微位移、微振動的測量領域中.

According to the processing requirements of high-frequency grating vibration signal,the processing system of vibration signal based on DSP was designed. Using state machine to overcome the influence of nonsynchronous data acquisition,and realized the high subdivision of grating vibration signal combned with DSP software subdivision algorithm.The test data shows that the system possesses the characteristic of high resolution power, wide dynamic range, real-time features. It can be integrated with the grating vibration transducer for micro-displacement measurement and micro-vibration measurement.
