通过对宏观上致密、适中、疏松的海绵钛试样进行微观组织结构分析, 认为虽然海绵钛坨各部分宏观结构不同,但是其与自身的微观组织、相及晶粒度无关, 海绵钛坨宏观结构的疏松和致密只是一个纯物理量的概念; 还认为海绵钛质量的优劣, 不仅反应在其杂质含量多少和布氏硬度高低上, 还与其组织结构(致密性)有很大关系, 两者之间没有必然的联系, 并且探讨了还原蒸馏工艺对海绵钛结构的影响.
通過對宏觀上緻密、適中、疏鬆的海綿鈦試樣進行微觀組織結構分析, 認為雖然海綿鈦坨各部分宏觀結構不同,但是其與自身的微觀組織、相及晶粒度無關, 海綿鈦坨宏觀結構的疏鬆和緻密隻是一箇純物理量的概唸; 還認為海綿鈦質量的優劣, 不僅反應在其雜質含量多少和佈氏硬度高低上, 還與其組織結構(緻密性)有很大關繫, 兩者之間沒有必然的聯繫, 併且探討瞭還原蒸餾工藝對海綿鈦結構的影響.

The microstructure of sponge titanium sample with compact, mezzo and loose structure was investigated, which indicated that different macrostructure of different parts of sponge titanium was not attributed to its microstructure, phases and grain sizes, and the compact or loose macrostructure were physical quantity concept purely. Additionally, the quality of sponge titanium was not only characterized by its impurity content and Brinell hardness(HB), but also related to its structure (compactness), and there was no necessary connection between them. Besides, the effect of reduction-distillation technique for the sponge titanium structure was discussed.
