介绍了锻造裂纹的主要试验研究方法:高温拉伸、热镦粗、热扭转、热弯曲和应变诱导裂纹,并结合裂纹附近微观组织和热力学理论探讨了多种材料锻件裂纹形成的原因.得出锻件裂纹不仅取决于材料本身的内因,而且与力学性能、组织结构、制件尺寸等因素有关.阐述了目前锻造裂纹的预防原则、内裂修复原理以及应用情况.

The main experimental research methods of forging cracks, such as hot-tension test, hot-compression test, hot twisting, bending and strain induced crack opening test were presented. The causes of crack generation for differ-ent materials were discussed on the basis of microstructure near crack and thermodynamics theory. The results show that forging cracks are not only decided by inner reason of material but also related to mechanical property, microstruc-ture and product size. The preventive principle of forging cracks, internal cracks healing mechanism and usage situa-tion were clarified.
