目的 观察插销式桩核冠修复多根管牙残根残冠的临床效果.方法 采用插销式桩核冠修复56颗多根管牙的残根残冠,观察术后治疗效果及修复体状况.结果 56个修复体随访6个月～4年,咀嚼效果良好,边缘密合.结论 插销式桩核冠能很好地解决多根管牙残根残冠的固位和抗力问题,修复效果良好.
目的 觀察插銷式樁覈冠脩複多根管牙殘根殘冠的臨床效果.方法 採用插銷式樁覈冠脩複56顆多根管牙的殘根殘冠,觀察術後治療效果及脩複體狀況.結果 56箇脩複體隨訪6箇月～4年,咀嚼效果良好,邊緣密閤.結論 插銷式樁覈冠能很好地解決多根管牙殘根殘冠的固位和抗力問題,脩複效果良好.
목적 관찰삽소식장핵관수복다근관아잔근잔관적림상효과.방법 채용삽소식장핵관수복56과다근관아적잔근잔관,관찰술후치료효과급수복체상황.결과 56개수복체수방6개월～4년,저작효과량호,변연밀합.결론 삽소식장핵관능흔호지해결다근관아잔근잔관적고위화항력문제,수복효과량호.
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of insertion-type separate post on crown restoration of residual root and crown with multiple canals. Methods Insertion-type separate post and core-crown was used to restore 56 residual roots and crowns with multiple canals. The clinical efficacy and outcome of restoration were evaluated. Result During 6 months to 4 years of follow-up, all the 56 fixed restorations were found to be with good marginal fitness and masticatory function. Conclusion Insertion-type separate post is a satisfactory solution for retention and resistance of residual root and crown with multiple canals with good restoration outcome.
