研究HSP90α、HSP70在喉癌中的表达与预后的关系。方法：用免疫组化方法检测46例喉鳞状细胞癌石蜡包埋标本的HSP90a、HSP 70。结果：喉癌鳞状细胞中HSP90a、HSP70阳性率分别为69.56％和67.34％，HSP90α、HSP70的表达与病理分级和预后有关。结论：HSP90α、HSP 70可作为判断患者预后的独立指标。
연구HSP90α、HSP70재후암중적표체여예후적관계。방법：용면역조화방법검측46례후 린상세포암석사포매표본적HSP90a、HSP 70。결과：후암린상세포중HSP90a、HSP70양성솔분별위69.56％ 화67.34％，HSP90α、HSP70적표체여병리분급화예후유관。결론：HSP90α、HSP 70가작위판단환자예후적 독립지표。
Objective:To examine the relationship between the expression of HSP90a、 HSP70 and its prognosis in la ryngeal squamous carcinoma. Method: The percentages of HsP90a and HSP70 were evaluated in biopsies of 46 cases with squamous carcinoma of laryngeal by immtunohistochemical staining. Results:The positive expression ratio of HSP 90a was 69.56% （32/46),of HSP 70 was 67.34% (31/46)in laryngeal squamous carcinoma. The expressions of HSP90a and HSP70 were significantly correlated with histologic grading and prognosis. Conclusion:HSP 90a、 HSP 70 can be used as independent prognostic predictors.
