[目的] 探索刨花板力学性质的变化规律.[方法] 模拟地暖条件,以热处理时间和温度为试验因子,采用全因素试验方法对12 mm刨花板进行热处理,研究地暖对刨花板地板力学性质的影响.[结果] 温度对刨花板的内结合强度、静曲强度和弹性模量的影响比较明显,随着温度的升高,刨花板的内结合强度先增大后降低,静曲强度变化较小,弹性模量趋于降低.而在热处理过程中,时间对刨花板的静曲强度、弹性模量、内结合强度影响相对较弱.随着时间的延长,刨花板静曲强度和弹性模量只发生了较小波动,内结合强度则出现较大的波动.经过热老化处理,可以改善刨花板的力学性质.[结论] 该研究为刨花板生产提供了参考依据.

[Objective] The aim was to explore the change law of mechanical properties of particleboard floor.[Method] The ground heating conditions were simulated and with heat treatment time and temperature as experimental factors, all factor test was used for heat treatment on 12 mm particleboard and the effect of ground heating on mechanical properties of particleboard floor was studied.[Result] The effects of temperature on internal bond strength, static bending strength and elastic modulus of particleboard were more obvious.With increment of temperature, the internal bond strength of particleboard was first increased and then decreased, the change on static bending strength was less and elastic modulus showed downtrend.While during the process of heat treatment, the effects of time on static bending strength, elastic modulus and internal bond strength of particleboard were relative poorer.With prolonging of time, the static bending strength and elastic modulus of particleboard only produced less fluctuation, but the internal bond strength showed larger fluctuation.The mechanical properties of particleboard could be improved by thermal aging treatment.[Conclusion] The research provided the reference for particleboard production.
