在高职院校全面推进素质教育的进程中，构建合理的人文素质教育体系，促进学生的全面发展和综合素质提高，是高等职业教育值得研究的课题。首先，人文素质教育的培养目标应围绕学生职业品质的形成来进行，重点培养学生诚信、责任、创业、敬业等职业人文品质；其次，高职人文素质课程在设置上要紧密结合人才培养的职业素质要求，围绕人文知识面、人文能力及人文精神这三个要素；最后，开展丰富多彩的校园文化和社会实践活动类课程，拓展人文素质教育的空间，以及强化双师素质的教师队伍建设。
