This paper makes an qualitatiye analysis of the equilibrium of density constrain Lotka-Volterra model mutually beneficial system and gives the explanation from the ecology meaning.In addition,the article gives the conditions of maximum sustainable economic revenue when two species of prey-predator systems are harvested simultanously.
