阐述了聚合母液料回收工艺，改进后将流失的PVC物料送至母液箱，待母液箱料满后用软水将PVC物料冲至母液罐，再用浆料泵将母液罐中的物料打至高位槽，由高位槽二次出料经过滤器送至离心机脱水，并采用顶盖密封式母液箱且在母液箱中加了滤网。改进后可增加效益约50万元/a。

The recovery process of polymerization mother solution is introduced. The modified process involves recovering the leakage PVC solution to mother liquid box, washing them into mother liquid tank by soft water when the box is full,pumping into elevated tank,flowing into centrifuge via filter to dehydrate. The mother liquid tank is closed, and has top cover and filter screen inside. The modified process can increase profit of ￥ 0.5 million per year.
