为了寻找新的高效、低毒灭螺药,以取代苯乙腈为原料,经成肟、磷酰化等反应,制得9个新的二异丙基磷酸酯类化合物(3a ~3i),其结构经元素分析、IR、~1H NMR和MS确证.初步杀螺活性筛选结果表明,化合物3b和3h具有显著的杀螺活性,其半致死浓度LC_(50)值分别为 0.50 mg/L 和0.35 mg/L.
為瞭尋找新的高效、低毒滅螺藥,以取代苯乙腈為原料,經成肟、燐酰化等反應,製得9箇新的二異丙基燐痠酯類化閤物(3a ~3i),其結構經元素分析、IR、~1H NMR和MS確證.初步殺螺活性篩選結果錶明,化閤物3b和3h具有顯著的殺螺活性,其半緻死濃度LC_(50)值分彆為 0.50 mg/L 和0.35 mg/L.

In order to search for novel more effective and less toxic molluscicides,nine new diisopropyl phosphates (3a-3i) were synthesized from substituted phenylacetonitriles by oximation and phosphorylation.The new compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses,IR,~1H NMR and MS.Preliminary biological screening showed that compounds 3b and 3h appeared to have significant molluscicidal activity against Oncomelanis hwpensis snails.The LC_(50) value of the compounds 3b and 3h against snails were 0.50 mg/L and 0.35 mg/L,respectively.
