Radix Condonopsis Lanceolatae from Mount Taishan%Polysaccharides%Cyclophosphamide%Immunoregulation
目的 观察泰山四叶参多糖(PCL)对幼年小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用.方法 将小鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、环磷酰胺(CTX)对照组、PCL组(200 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))和CTX与PCL高、中、低剂量(100,200 ,400 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))联用组,连续ig 14 d,检测胸腺和脾脏指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能以及血清特异性抗绵羊红细胞(SRBC)抗体IgM,IgG水平;并检测0.5~16.0 mg·ml~(-1)等比设计的6个PCL浓度对体外培养的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响.结果 PCL能显著提高幼年小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数、巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞(CRBC)的吞噬率和吞噬指数,提高血清抗SRBC抗体水平,促进脾淋巴细胞在体外的增殖能力;呈剂量依赖性地拮抗CTX对小鼠的免疫抑制作用.结论 PCL对幼年小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫功能均有明显的增强作用.

목적 관찰태산사협삼다당(PCL)대유년소서화면역억제소서적면역조절작용.방법 장소서수궤분위생리염수대조조、배린선알(CTX)대조조、PCL조(200 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))화CTX여PCL고、중、저제량(100,200 ,400 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))련용조,련속ig 14 d,검측흉선화비장지수、거서세포탄서공능이급혈청특이성항면양홍세포(SRBC)항체IgM,IgG수평;병검측0.5~16.0 mg·ml~(-1)등비설계적6개PCL농도대체외배양적소서비림파세포증식적영향.결과 PCL능현저제고유년소서흉선지수화비장지수、거서세포대계홍세포(CRBC)적탄서솔화탄서지수,제고혈청항SRBC항체수평,촉진비림파세포재체외적증식능력;정제량의뢰성지길항CTX대소서적면역억제작용.결론 PCL대유년소서화면역억제소서적비특이성화특이성면역공능균유명현적증강작용.
Objective To investigate the immunoregulation of polysaccharides extracted from Radix Codonopsis Lanceolatae from Mount Taishan (PCL) in juvenile and immunosuppressed mice. Methods The juvenile mice were divided randomly into six groups,namely, normal saline control, cyclophosphamide(CTX)control, PCL(200mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))group,and three combination groups(CTX and 100,200 ,400mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1) PCL). After given orally for two weeks, the thymus and spleen index, the celiac macrophage ability of engulfing CRBC, and the antibody level of serum against SRBC were determined. Effects of six concentration levels of PCL on spleen lymphocyte proliferation were observed. Results Compared with the control group, in juvenile mice, PCL could increase the thymus and spleen index, enhance the phagocytic ability of the macrophage, increase the antibody level, and promote the spleen lymphocyte proliferation. In immunosuppressed mice induced by CTX, PCL could improve the immunolog-ic indexes, counteract the immunosuppression of CTX with dose - dependence. Conclusion PCL can enhance non - specific and specific immunity of both of the juvenile mice and the immunosuppressed mice.
