从场协同理论的角度分析流体在波纹管内流动与传热的情况,在等壁温条件,对管形按正弦规律变化的波纹管在不同周期和振幅下的换热,进行了数值模拟,分析速度场与温度梯度场的之间协同关系,讨论了其强化换热机制,证明只有在二者协同性好的情况下,才能增强其换热.

The field synergy principal is used to discuss the mechanism of enhancing heat transfer by analyzing the harmony between velocity field and temperature gradient field in the paper. The turbulent convective heat transfer when fluid through tube bundles in transverse direction is investigated by numerical simulation,under the first thermal boundary conditions.Moreover,the influences of arrangement mode and tube pitch on the heat transfer are explained by the field coordination principle. It is found that the heat transfer performance varied with the arrangement mode and the tube pitch. The results show that the field synergy principal can be applied to turbulent convection.
